I then deleted Flora Glow.bsa as well as the ini edit I made for it and it's still not working. I'm not sure if this is related to MWSE seemingly not working or not. WebIt *could* be that another mod is changing what files it's looking for for those mods, eg. normally better glow would be glow.dds but something changes it to glow1.dds (unlikely) Definitely check your morrowind.ini for TryArchiveFirst = 0. If it's 1 you won't load pluginless mods, and if it's -1 it will ONLY load the pluginless mods.
