WebI believe gparted (a standalone linux CD) will let you select multiple drives to format and then execute them all sequentially. It can't operate on all of them at once but it's at least hands-off during the formatting. I thought I replied to this but apparently forgot to hit submit. I have to do this on Windows so Live CD's and linux is out.
